Nairobi Deliveries: Zones 1-8
Delivery Time: If you place your order by 5pm EAT, we aim to deliver within 1-3 hours (depending on your location and delivery team availability). Orders placed after 5pm EAT will be delivered the next business day.
Dedicated Riders: Our dedicated riders ensure swift and safe delivery within Nairobi’s central areas (Zones 1-8).
Beyond Nairobi: Zones 9 & 10
Dispatch Time: For customers outside Nairobi, we prepare and dispatch your order within 1-2 business day
Courier: To reach locations further away (Zones 9 & 10), we’ve partnered with Wales Fargo Courier, ensuring your Asili Atelier pieces arrive in perfect condition. Additionally, we are flexible to meet your delivery preference.
